I purchased the Hot package with a bonus Gost Pepper Jerky. While I have only tasted the Ghost Pepper, the flavor was bold and the texture reflected the quality of the product.
I am very very impressed with the communication with the company. I requested am update on my expected delivery date and received an email apologizing and stating that it had been shipped and should be received the next day. It actually arrived that day and I let them know that I received the order and really liked the Ghost Pepper Jerky. The next day, I received a very personable note from Kate saying how happy she was that I was enjoying the jerky.

I’ve only tried the hot so far, working up to the other stuff. The hot is good. I knocked off a pretty sizable piece. It hit me a minute later. I got the sweats and chugged my beer. Good flavor and heat. No heartburn or milk required. I’d buy again.
