Substitution Policy

As you know, jerky makes an awesome gift. And because of this, we occasionally run out of stock on certain items, especially around the holidays when it's hard to keep up with the huge demand.

Why is this important to know?
This product contains one or more items that can be affected by this occasional shortage. When this is the case, we make the "executive decision" of shipping the item as fast as we can, making appropriate substitutions (of equal or higher value!), rather than not shipping the order until all of the items are back in stock. We understand that time is of the essence, especially when it comes to birthdays and holidays…so we err on the side of getting the package there in time.
