Jerky.com Return & Replacement Policy

Jerky.com stands behind each and every one of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to hear from you. Please send a detailed email explaining your concern, or call 1-877-97-JERKY so we can help make it right.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returned merchandise is required for all refunds.

  • We will gladly refund the purchase price of any unopened, re-sellable merchandise that is returned within 30 days of ordering, no questions asked.

  • Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned product minus shipping costs, once the item(s) are received at our warehouse.

Full purchase price refunds (including shipping) will be issued if it is determined that:

  • The product is defective, or

  • The order was incorrect due to an internal error by Jerky.com.

Gift Sets & Bundles

  • For gift sets or bundled products, customers must return the specific item(s) they are requesting a refund for.

  • If an individual item within a gift set is found to be defective, damaged, or missing, Jerky.com may, at its discretion:

    • Replace the affected item, or

    • Issue a partial refund corresponding to the value of the affected item(s).

  • Refunds will not be issued for items that are not returned unless otherwise approved by Jerky.com customer support.

How Will I Be Refunded?

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item(s) are received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original form of payment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout and the order is returned to our warehouse, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with re-sending the order to the correct address.

Damaged Packages Upon Delivery

We advise customers to inspect their orders immediately upon delivery before the driver leaves.

  • If the package appears damaged, please contact the delivery service as soon as possible.

  • Do not discard any packaging materials until the issue has been resolved or the order is deemed satisfactory.
