How long will it take for me to receive my products?
Jerky.com ships orders Monday through Friday, we generally do not ship on weekends or holidays.
If your order is placed after 8 a.m. c.s.t. on (including express shipments):
Monday - it will be processed and shipped on or before Tuesday
Tuesday - it will be processed and shipped or before Wednesday
Wednesday - it will be processed and shipped on or before Thursday
Thursday - it will be processed and shipped on or before Friday
Friday - it will be processed and shipped on or before Monday
Saturday - it will be processed and shipped on or before Monday
Sunday - it will be processed and shipped on or before Monday
*Please add additional days for holidays and/or temporarily out of stock items.
*Typically military mail letters are delivered between seven and 10 days depending on the country of destination.
*Express shipping is not available for military addresses.

Does Jerky.com ship Internationally?
Not only do we ship to all 50 states and military addresses, we also ship to the United States Protectorates (Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands) and Mexico. These options are available during the checkout process. Happy shopping.
*Please note - All international orders (excluding U.S. Protectorates) are Delivered at place (DAP). Also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This means Jerky.com is only responsible for shipping the product, and that the customer is responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as VAT, duties and clearing fees, upon delivery. Some shipping carriers charge additional fees for collecting duties upon delivery if the duties haven't been paid up front. Therefore, there may be additional charges to the customer to receive the shipment.
