antelope is great really enjoy it, little on the tangy side like hot sauce, if that was not there it would be great
I have never had antelope before, but as someone who loves jerky, and doesn't mind trying new things, I picked this up. I was exuberantly surprised at how good this was. First glance and feel, was that it was going to be tough and hard to eat. See I was expecting a gamey chew kinda like deer / venison jerky, but boy was I wrong! The chew on this was amazing, the flavor profile was rich, well seasoned, and just an absolute delight! I could easily consume 4 or 5 bags in one setting, but alas, one must ration oneself... So I ate half the bag in my first go. This is one I will definitely be picking up a few more bags of if possible, and would be in my top 5 go to for jerky just for flavor and chew alone.
It is a little on the salty side, not overly so, but just a little, so fair warning out there. I would love to see this with a sweet and smokey flavor option, maybe a maple bourbon pecan? I think it would be a fantastic fit for this, and give it a candied feel to it.
Let's also not forget, this is ANTELOPE! How many people out there can say that they've tried it? Had it? Enjoyed it? This is an absolute delight and I will highly, highly recommend!
I enjoyed this antelope turkey very much. This was a good balance of spices with just the right amount of drying.
Very peppery, and while it is easy to chew it’s also kind of dry. It’s not bad, but definitely not something I would seek out.
I was very pleased with the antelope jerky. I would buy it again and again
