Seriously great taste hopefully it will be consistent with next order. Not gamey in any form the finishing note has slight pepper taste, but in great way no burning mouth at all. Again, hope the next order will be as great the first time.

I like the new and unusual and as a long time customer I wanted to try something new so why not kangaroo? We all found it enjoyable with the right amount of flavor, and only a mild game flavor. Its enjoyable and easy to forget its a wild game, exotic. The texture and seasoning are right on.

It has a sweet taste that's not overpowering.

I wasnt to sure about this as ive never had kangaroo before, but to my suprise, its not much different from beef or deer, and the flavors were great, now i know what kangaroo tastes like 😉

I liked the exotic jerky for the most part. I did not like the alligator jerky as it was very hard to chew and a little too peppery for me. Otherwise I do recommend the Kangaroo jerky as it was very tasty and enjoyable
