As a jerky it’s good, but when you look at the pizza in the picture what do you see? Maybe something stretching or dripping? Something that reminds you of..cheese? Yet this jerky (both the beef and chicken) has NO CHEESE! I ate both and they were good, but it was missing a taste. And then I read the ingredients once, twice, three times and it dawned on me. Not a single cheese was listed. No grated /powdered mozzarella, Parmesan, cheddar, etc! What heathen makes a pizza WITHOUT CHEESE?!
As a PIZZA jerky, this is a failure. As an Italian flavored meat it pretty good and so the 3 stars.

Good taste and texture
