This is possibly my favorite jerky of all time. The texture is exactly what I want with a little snap but a tender chew. Flavor wise it’s great and the pepper just gives the tiniest bit of heat. Highly recommend.

Black Pepper does not disappoint

Of all the flavors of beef jerky, Black Pepper is my absolute favorite. Spicy, sweet & chewy without being too much of any of them. The flavor is very consistent & a delightful anytime snack. It's everything a black pepper beef jerky could be. I am now thinking that I need to be a regular of the one pound bag.
