It was really good !!! Could've used more garlic c though .

I was pleasantly surprised by this one. I thought it would be peppery, but the black pepper was not there and I was happy the garlic won the flavor war on this one.

Great flavor. Would consider trying again in the near future.

I was hoping for a stronger garlic presence, especially since it's touted as garlic jerky.
The texture is commendable; it strikes a good balance between chewiness and tenderness. Each piece is easy to bite into while still maintaining that classic jerky bite.
The initial flavor is pleasant, with the black pepper taking center stage. It delivers a nice kick that lingers on the palate. Unfortunately, the garlic flavor was somewhat overshadowed. I expected a more robust garlic kick that would complement the pepper's heat but found it to be rather muted.

The black pepper stood out, just need more garlic flavor. Over all it is was good
