The texture and chewiness was spot on. The sample sizes were perfect. Just a flavor could use some improvement. That is the main reason. It did not make a spot on my top 10.

When you get a steak with blue cheese or a burger with blue cheese it always very tender. If it was softer it would have had that melt in your mouth flavor you get when you put blue cheese on steak. I will order it if it is available as a soft jerky flavor. Thanks!!! Also, it could’ve been a little stronger flavor.

Finally, it left a greasy residue in my mouth that wasn't enjoyable. In comparison to the outstanding Tri-Tip jerky that we voted on last month, this was quite disappointing.
