Well are much as I love fish this didn't knot my socks off. It good but I really think that you could do better as it's not as good as the turkey chicken or buffalo.

First bought jerky samplers for Christmas and my family loved it! We live far from each other, but it was an easy gift to ship and arrived way before my brother's birthday. I'm pretty sure all of the jerky is gone by now... Also love that there's a fish jerky option. Pescetarian approved!!!

This is the first time I have tried trout jerky and I was skeptical at first when I tried it but it turned out to be very good. I initially tried the salmon jerky which I will admit is my favorite fish; therefore, I figured I would give this a try too. I personally have never heard of any fish jerky but this along with several other fish is in fact a thing. This jerky was so good it inspired me to try other jerky from jerky.com; in addition, to trying other branded fish jerky from other companies. I found I actually like fish jerky a lot; possibly more than traditional beef. This jerky is not oily like tike the salmon and might be a better option for some people who want less of a smoked fish flavor. This opened my world up. I think this jerky is very good. It is not fishy nor taste bad at all. It has a pleasant smoked flavor.

This one was super vacuumed packed but not a fan of this one super hard too.

The vacuum seal on the packaging was intense. After tearing off the top I needed to use a pair of pliers to grip the one side to open the package. Once I broke the seal everything was ok. As for the flavor, I found it wasn't for me. It had a bit of a kick to it. Kinda snuck up on me on some pieces.
I'd like to add this was a "gotta try it" purchase. I don't want to ruin it for anyone.
