How does the Auto-Delivery Work?

Now you can have your favorite snacks delivered right to your door, automatically!


By selecting "Auto-Delivery" as a purchase option on available products, you can then set the frequency that you'd like to receive your snacks sent to you!

When does my Auto-Delivery shipment get processed?

Your first Auto-Delivery shipment is processed & sent out immediately. Each of the following shipments are processed on the interval you selected until your Auto-Delivery subscription is paused, skipped, or canceled.

Where are my Auto-Delivery Settings?

Log in to your Account by clicking the "Log In" button in the upper right corner of the website.


The 'Manage Subscriptions' link will appear in your Account page as soon as your first order is placed. If you need to cancel before your first order ships, please contact us.


Click 'Manage Subscriptions' and you will be able to manage your subscription, upcoming orders, addresses, and more.


Don’t see the Manage Subscriptions link? Make sure you’re logged in with the email you used to sign up!

Can I skip a shipment?

Yup. If you don't need an upcoming shipment, you can change your ship date from your Account page. 

What is your cancellation policy?

We’d hate to see you leave but you can cancel your Auto-Delivery subscription at any time for any reason. If you run into any trouble, we will be happy to honor your request right away.

  • How does the Keep It or Kill It Monthly Membership Work?

    It's easy.


    When you purchase the Keep It or Kill It Monthly Membership, we automatically reserve bags of the next Flavor Drop, a custom hand-painted JerkyCoin, and an Official Ballot for you to submit your vote in the Keep It or Kill It Form.


    No waiting in line. No setting alarms. No worrying about whether or not you will get in on it this time. Your Keep It or Kill It Bundle gets reserved, picked, packed, and shipped for you...while you work, play, or sleep!

  • When does my Keep It or Kill It Monthly Membership shipment get processed?

    Our Keep It or Kill It Flavor Drops are on the 20th of every month.


    As a Member of the Keep It or Kill It Monthly Membership, your shipments will be processed on the 20th of each month...making your shipments the very first in the queue to be shipped on the day of the drop! Before everyone else even gets the alert that the new flavor drops, your order is already being picked and packed.


    *When you first sign up for the Keep It or Kill It Monthly Membership, you will be charged immediately and we will reserve a Bundle for you on the very next drop. So, if you sign up for the Keep It or Kill It Monthly Membership on the 1st of the month, you will be charged immediately for this first shipment, your Bundle will be reserved for you, your order will be processed on the 20th of that month and then this shipment will ship that day OR on the next business day. After your first shipment, each subsequent monthly shipment will be processed and charged on the 20th and then shipped the next business day...automatically!

Club Subscriptions

How does the Jerky of the Month Club Subscription Work?

When you purchase a Jerky of the Month Club subscription, we automatically reserve a bag of the Limited-Edition Flavor of the Month, as well as 2 other flavors of jerky.


The Jerky of the Month Club has 4 subscription options:

-Monthly Recurring - processes monthly until you pause, skip, or cancel at anytime

-3 Month Pre-Paid - Pre-pay for 3 months of shipments at the time of your first order

-6 Month Pre-Paid - Pre-pay for 6 months of shipments at the time of your first order

-12 Month Pre-Paid - Pre-pay for 12 months of shipments at the time of your first order

When does my Jerky of the Month Club Subscription shipment get processed?

Your first Jerky of the Month Club shipment is processed & sent out immediately. Each of the following shipments are processed on the same day of the following months until your subscription is paused, skipped, or canceled.


A Monthly Recurring Jerky of the Month Club Subscription will continue to process monthly until your subscription is paused, skipped, or canceled.


The 3, 6, and 12 Month Jerky of the Month Club Subscriptions will also process monthly until their number of shipments is completed.

If you run into any trouble, we will be happy to honor your request right away. The 3, 6, or 12 month subscriptions are each pre-paid subscriptions. If you would no longer like to receive any future pre-paid Jerky of the Month Club shipments before your pre-paid subscription has been completed, please contact us.

Will the 3 month, 6 month, or 12 month Jerky of the Month Subscription auto re-new or not?

No. The 3 month, 6 month, and 12 month Jerky of the Month Subscriptions are all pre-paid and when they expire, they will NOT be auto-renewed. You will only be charged once, at the time of your order, in full.


When you are making your Jerky of the Month Subscription Purchase you will see a checkbox in the checkout process that says:


"I understand that I'm agreeing to a subscription. It will renew at the price and frequency listed until it ends or is cancelled"


Although, it may read like it will renew for the 3 month, 6 month, and 12 month Subscriptions, it will not. Those subscriptions "end" after the last shipment.
