What is exotic jerky?
Exotic jerky is jerky made from meats you donāt see every day. Instead of beef, it starts with game and specialty meats like venison, elk, buffalo, wild boar, alligator and lamb, or with fish like ahi tuna and rainbow trout.
Each meat has its own flavor. Venison has a light game-y taste, elk is lean and natural, buffalo is rich and beefy, and wild boar is naturally sweeter. Like any jerky, it comes in strips or slabs and goes anywhere you do.
