06/01/2009Didn't really know what to expect with this. I have never had ostrich jerky so I got this to try it. I guess I was expecting something "gamey". But this is not at all gamey. It is very similar to beef jerky and has a fantastic flavor. It's my new favorite. I'm back to get the big bag. Thanks.
