I get the garlic flavor but not the rosemary and it is rather tough and I would kill it

Overall flavor was okay. I felt the sodium content resulted in a very salty product, too much for me. Needs more garlic, could hardly tell it was there. With adjustments it would be better, to my taste buds.
This is my first jerky from Jerky.com. The texture was a little tougher than I expected. The flavor wasn't bad. I like the sweetness from the onion and would love to try other onion flavor combinations, but maybe not so much with the rosemary.
