Keep it -Bricktown Jerky

Enjoyed both the sweet & Spicy and Chipotle. Favorite test sample so far along with the Ghost pepper. Flavor and texture were on point

Sweet/ hot vs sweet picante

Of the two, I liked the picante better. The flavor held up better when chewing.

Keep the Sweet & Spicy

The Sweet Picante was okay, nice texture, but I had to lick my fingers to clean them off.
The Sweet and Spicy had a nice kick, stayed with you for a while and tapered off. Great texture. This will make a great machacado taco. Yeah, I'll post that when I make them

Excellent Flavor Profile

This flavor is very good. I think you should keep it. So far I have tried all of the Test Kitchen flavors and they have all been good. Keep up the good work and creativity.
