The prime rib is the new house favorite here. My husband LOVES it....texture, flavor, everything! This one HAS to be a keepr! Hey...how about a Sunday Potroast Jerky!!! Prime rib with a bit of garlic, mirepoix and Worcestershire sauce!!!!!
