Here's 3 more flavors of jerky that I recommend trying with Test Kitchen Batch #7:
- Barbecue Bacon Jerky
- Honey Teriyaki Beef Jerky
- Barbecue Wild Boar Jerky
Reviews | Q&A
The Teriaki Beef Jerky was tasty and had a great mouth-feel (proper softness), but was not a "knockout". The Barbeque Wild Boar was unique, tasty and had a nice level of softness but there was a lot of muscle (grizzle?) in the mix. The standout was definitely the Barbeque Bacon Jerky! It tasted like candied bacon and was absolutely delicious!! Will definitely be ordering THAT again!!
Good Flavor, very soft, chewy, could've been dried out a little more.
I love this it’s tender and a little spicy but sweet and delicious it’s a great snack
The honey mustard has a strong after taste where the peppers really come through. I was expecting honey mustard not honey fire.
