As opposed to a old fashioned beef jerky which is insanely tough and flavorful, this jerky is light, moist, and enjoyable. The flavor is very simple, the only thing I take issue with is that the meat is so tender tiny flecks will get everywhere! I hide this stuff in my desk so I was noticing jerky bits sneaking all over my paperwork. Nothing that would stop me from ordering again, just a side note as far as when and where you should enjoy your Biltong.
Awesome!! Got the Cajun. My fav part of my order. Will order again.
The first few bites I had were pretty good, but after a few minutes the flavor just started to sour in my mouth. If texture is important to you, then this stuff is A+. Very easy to snack on. The natural taste is attractive at first, but after half the bag I found myself disgusted. Maybe eat less than 1 oz as a serving? Over more than a couple days? Definitely the least-appetizing \jerky\" this site sells. And even then I give it 7/10."
Biltong is fantastic... the best jerky. I'm addicted to biltong.. melts in your mouth. Cut across the grain. Dried as a slab. Does it get better? The answer is NO.
