The heat, the texture, the toughness were all very good! Only improvement I could recommend would be if it could be a little bit tougher. That being said, it is so hard to find tough jerky anymore so I was happy to find jerky.com and see that you offer "an old fashion style beef jerky."
I ordered the same jerky around last year or 2 years ago and the cuts were super dry and super hard which I loved because it took me a while to chew! But now they’ve gone softer and though I’m a little disappointed at that, jerky.com still delivers!
I got a bag of the hot stuff hoping it was going to be just that, and got more than I hoped for. This stuff isn't hot "flavored" it's flat out hot. I honestly didn't see it coming because the flavor of the jerky gives no indication of the heat you're going to receive. It's subtle in the beginning, then that perfect amount of heat (for me thats pretty hot) starts to come on. It's a very good jerky. Job well done
