This is the second time I've ordered this style from Jerky.com. The first time I got Hickory Smoked and Hot. Both flavors were wonderful and the jerky had that perfect crispness. The second time, I went for Hickory and Fajita. While the fajita's flavor is good...it was way too chewy which was disappointing (The only reason I took off a half star).
Delicious and just the way Jerky should be made. We loved it and will be ordering more.
This is exactly what i've been looking for. Most stuff I find is too soft or too tender, TOO COMMERCIALIZED! This is a just right to an old guy like me.
