This is the way beef jerky is supposed to be. Flavorful and dry. Yum!!!!
I really enjoyed this Jerky, very tough and dry, as advertised. I was looking for a flavor that was subtle so I could gauge the jerky itself, which is why I chose the teriyaki, but the flavor was even more subtle than I imagined. That being said, I'm going to try the more adventurous flavors next time. I blew through each 3oz bag when I opened them, if you really like Jerky I'd advise getting the largest size.
This is truly old school(dinosauric) school jerky. Still really good but a little too tough.
