The Hot version kind of overpowered the taste of the elk. The original version was great.

Thanks for the feedback. The Original is definitely the best option to get a feel for the elk flavor. The dehydration process takes a lot of that distinctive gaminess out of the jerky so the flavored options can definitely cover that up a bit. Are there any other exotic options you plan on trying?

You have to eat it slow and enjoy it cause it's so easy to pound the whole bag. The hot is hot but I love it.
