This jerky is awesome great flavor with a hint of pepper at the end.

WOOHOO!! We are so glad you loved the Hickory Alligator. This is definitely a fan favorite (and a personal favorite of mine). Are there any other exotic animals you plan on trying?
It had good flavor like the chew
Smokey, but a bit excessive on salty. If you're using liquid smoke, I'd recommend "sodium free" to solve this problem. Still a decent jerky and a soft chew
I had not been so lucky as to enjoy gator jerky since I last visited friends down south. I had missed it but was hesitant to order any till now. This was by far the best I have ever had and will without a doubt be ordering more in the future.
I ordered the Cajun alligator jerky was way above my expectation was alittle warm when I first ate a piece but it grew on me. Great flavor and texture you can't go wrong when ordering from this company also ordered 3 other flavors of jerky love each one just as much.
