Kyle - Birria Beef Jerky
Birria is one of the best things you can do with beef! The consumé really seals it. The union of those flavors in a silky liquid you dip a tortilla into before grilling it to crisp it up. It doesn't need anything else to be incredible, but fresh onion and cilantro never hurt anyone. I think this is a recipe that could take like the real thing, not just a "jerky version", but real Birria. This would be impossible to keep in stock, and you could have varying levels of heat! The best part is after you make the Birria, you can use the leftover liquid as a marinade. Or, you can be like me and cut to the chase- make it specifically for jerky!
