1. How much is shipping?
We offer flat rate shipping options starting as low as $2.95 per shipment for standard ground shipping (5 - 8 business days) and $5.39 per shipment for priority shipping (2 - 3 business days). If 1-day express shipping is what you need, we can do that, too. (Express shipping rates may vary)
No matter how much you need or where you need it to go, you pay the same low shipping price!
**Please note: Our products ship from multiple warehouses so your order may be split into two shipments. In this case, you will be responsible for shipping costs on each shipment.
2. How do I qualify for FREE shipping?All products with the red free shipping icon receive FREE ground shipping regardless of its size, weight, or price. These items will arrive in 5-8 business days. Faster delivery option upgrades are available during checkout.
*If your order contains items that are eligible for free shipping and also includes items that are NOT eligible for free shipping, you will be charged only the shipping fees for the ineligible items.
We reserve the right to end or change our free shipping offers at any time.
3. How long will it take for me to receive my products?
Jerky.com ships orders Monday through Friday and does not ship on the weekends.
Usually if your order is placed by noon c.s.t. on:
Monday - it will ship on Tuesday.
Tuesday - it will ship on Wednesday
Wednesday - it will ship on Thursday
Thursday - it will ship on Friday
Friday - it will ship same day
Saturday or Sunday - it will ship on Monday

Typically military mail letters are delivered between seven and 10 days depending on country of destination. Priority Mail parcels will take 10 to 15 days. Express shipping is not available for military addresses.

4. What are my options when my tracking number says delivered, yet I never received?
Jerky.com only ships to the address you provided during checkout, if for any reason an error was made by the customer at this time, the customer would be responsible for any charges associated with re-shipping that package. So be sure to review your order details immediately and contact us with any changes that need to be made as soon as possible.
If your order was shipped to the correct address and your tracking number indicates that it was delivered, then Jerky.com can only assume that it was. Once packages are shipped from our facility they are no longer the responsibility of Jerky.com and any subsequent issues must be taken up with the postal carrier that was used.
5. Does Jerky.com ship to APO and FPO addresses?
