1. Which products are eligible for FREE shipping?

All Jerky.com qualify for Free Shipping. All shipping costs are subject to change as authorized by Jerky.com. Please refer to our SHIPPING PAGE for more information.

2. How long will it take for me to receive my products?

Jerky.com ships orders Monday through Friday and does not ship on the weekends.

If your order is placed on:
Monday - it will ship on Tuesday.
Tuesday - it will ship on Wednesday
Wednesday - it will ship on Thursday
Thursday - it will ship on Friday
Friday, Saturday or Sunday - It will ship on Monday
*Please add additional days for holidays and/or temporarily out of stock items

Once shipped, please allow 5-7 business days for standard shipping packages and 2-3 days for Priority Shipping.

Military Orders usually take 1-2 days longer than domestic orders but can take as much as a 5-7 days longer.

3. Can I have my order shipped to other countries? ie. Canada

4. Does Jerky.com offer expedited shipping for faster delivery?

We would be happy to get you the jerky you want as fast as humanly possible. We have several options for speeding up your order delivery. During checkout, you can upgrade your order to be shipped using Priority Shipping for only $3.59. This will get most orders delivered within 3 days of shipping, sometimes quicker depending on where it is going. If you want delivery in 1-2 days, we can offer UPS 2 Day Air or Next Day Air services.
