When life gives you lemons, you make lemonade. So what happens when life gives you a dehydrator? If you are a gourmet foodie like me, it’s time to get down and creative. What started as a hobby has quickly turned into a fun and popular venture which has spread like wildfire. It would have been simple enough to make basic everyday jerky but where’s the challenge in that?! I refuse to conform and so does my jerky, so I sought to make flavors that are unique and original. Like a mad scientist in his lab, trial and error (along with some minor explosions) quickly delivered me the first of many popular flavors: Sweet & Spicy Orange and Mango beef jerky! After overwhelming feedback from friends, family and coworkers; the demand eventually outweighed supply and I knew it was time to take production to the next level.

i thought i was getting 4oz of the mango flavor for 8.49.( did not look),77.00 a pound is to is a little much for me.

I just got my bags (one of each flavor) and let me say...WOW! these jerkies really pack some flavor. i prefer the mango moreso though
