Jerky.com stands behind each and every one of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then we would like to hear from you. Please send a detailed e‐mail to customerservice@jerky.com expressing your concerns or call 1‐877‐97‐JERKY. We will gladly refund the purchase price of the product on any unopened, re‐sellable merchandise that is returned within 30 days of ordering. No questions asked!

1. How will I be refunded for my returned item(s)?
Jerky.com will credit you for the total purchase price of the product, upon receipt of the product. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate, you will receive an in‐store credit as your refund. Otherwise your refund will be awarded in the same manner as the item was purchased.

3. What if my item was shipped and the packaging appears to be damaged?
We advise every customer to inspect his or her orders immediately upon arrival before the driver leaves. If package appears to be damaged you should contact that delivery service A.S.A.P. Do not dispose of any packaging materials until the order is deemed satisfactory or the problem has been resolved.

4. Does this same return policy apply to orders received outside of the Continental U.S.A?
Yes, the above return policy and fees are applicable to items returned from outside the Continental U.S.A. deemed satisfactory or the problem has been resolved. U.S.A?
