Flavor is very good

a tad bit pricy for me, but the fact that it really is a gourmet jerky and its great tasting makes it easy for me say its well worth the price
the first that hits me is a taste of pepper and spices followed a hint of sweetness and a dash of saltiness, i love the layers of flavor and the intensity of all of them. great tasting jerky overall, one of the best i've ever tasted and that isn't anywhere near an understatement
