What better way to spice things up than to experience a Buffalo Bills mainstay since 1999. That’s right, it’s time to voice our opinion of the Cajun Western Cut beef jerky and explain once and for all the difference between the Western Cut and the Country Cut for all of you still scratching your heads.
Since it’s inception a decade ago, the Western Cut type of jerky by Buffalo Bills has proven that variety is the key. A product that was designed to appeal to a different market than that of it’s “sister jerky”, the Country Cut. (more…)

One thing that I’ve noticed that Buffalo Bills does well at is providing a great selection of flavors. From 3 flavors of their ‘Dead Meat’ to a whopping 10 flavors of their infamous beef sticks…the Ole’ Smokies. Especially today’s Spotlight, the Jalapeno and Cheese flavor.
Unlike a lot of other beef sticks on the market the Ole’ Smokies are made from 100% U.S grown beef and contains zero (more…)

The Buffalo Bills Premium Beef Jerky Pieces are one of Jerky.com all-time best selling products. Let’s see if your feedback supports the stats.
Jerky.com carries the Buffalo Bills products for three main reasons: It is made in the U.S. with U.S. made ingredients, the products are of high quality, and they have a wide selection that appeals to almost every jerky lover. They have traditional style jerky products for people who like old fashioned jerky and they also have a couple of soft & moist varieties for the people that prefer that to traditional jerky. The Premium Beef Jerky Pieces are a traditional style of jerky with a traditional flavor – Hickory. No fancy names, flavors, or packaging. Just good old fashioned jerky. (more…)

I said in a previous Spotlight Feature that I think there are a few products that we sell on Jerky.com that are too often over-looked by our customers. This is one of those products.
The Western Cut Beef Jerky Slabs are one of my personal favorite items that we carry. I frequently recommend them when people are looking for suggestions for things to try. Buffalo Bills Western Cut Jerky is a more traditional style jerky than the Country Cut Beef Jerky. (more…)
