Buffalo Bills – Wrapped Ole’ Smokies Big Buffalo Sticks

Another trip to Buffalo Bills meat snack selection revealed a very interesting meat stick recently. One that was overlooked for some odd reason as I’m always scrounging to find the next big addition to the underground world of jerky lovers.
The Ole’ Smokies Big Buffalo Sticks are an all meat, exotic meat stick that doesn’t have any fillers. Most every stick that I’ve ever come across that claims to be either Venison or Alligator, or whatever it may be, has contained some form of filler. Fillers for those who don’t know are meat products other than those of the actual product that are mixed in to the batch. This is generally done to keep costs down and is seen as “lower quality” way to produce meat snacks.
These individually wrapped sticks on the other-hand are 100% Buffalo, this is indicated by the triangular logo on the front of the package. These 9 inch sticks are the perfect addition in my opinions to an already solid product line by Buffalo Bills. They are 2 ounce sticks cased in twist-end style sticks, the ideal size for travel if you ask me. Just enough to suppress your appetite, but not too much to ruin it.
For just under $36.00 shipped, you can pick up big tub of these over at Jerky.com. That’s 16 sticks to be exact…or 32 ounces. Turns out to be $2.25 per stick. Now all we need is your input as to how these meat snacks stack up to everything else…

36 bucks for 16 of them? Not a bad deal for their great taste.
Just a little spice to it gives it a great taste.

average value to me based off me not particularly liking softer meat snacks, it is however more so comparable to any meat snack you'll find at your local convenience store :)
First thing i notice is a very funny smell, unlike anything i've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. That was then followed by a pleasantly tasting meat stick that I'd just underestimated one second earlier. I'm giving it a 4 based on the fact thats its a very good flavor for a "natural".
i cant deny the fact the its all buffalo and very natural ingredients listed
im not a big fan of meat sticks that are on the softer side so this ones a 3 for me, would like to see the casing be tougher as well
