The Buffalo Bills Premium Beef Jerky Pieces are one of Jerky.com all-time best selling products. Let’s see if your feedback supports the stats.
Jerky.com carries the Buffalo Bills products for three main reasons: It is made in the U.S. with U.S. made ingredients, the products are of high quality, and they have a wide selection that appeals to almost every jerky lover. They have traditional style jerky products for people who like old fashioned jerky and they also have a couple of soft & moist varieties for the people that prefer that to traditional jerky. The Premium Beef Jerky Pieces are a traditional style of jerky with a traditional flavor – Hickory. No fancy names, flavors, or packaging. Just good old fashioned jerky.
The Premium Beef Jerky is made from solid pieces of beef. Each piece is cut and hung (by hand) for the smoking and cooking process. Every piece of Buffalo Bills Premium Beef Jerky has been pierced with a thin metal hook and is hung-up inside of a smokehouse. This is the most labor intensive (and most expensive) way to produce jerky. The people who use this technique maintain that while using other, less expensive processes would lower their production costs…they think it will compromise the quality of the product too much to do it any other way. Kudos to those people. That’s a rare position to find in business these days. Some people may discount this as marketing gibberish, but I think it’s important to understand how a jerky product is made to know what kind of quality it is.
The Premium Beef Jerky Pieces come vacuum sealed in 1 lb. bags for $24.99 including free shipping at Jerky.com. At $1.56/ounce shipped it is under the average price per ounce for a 100% U.S. made product. That’s a very good price point for 1 pound of U.S. made jerky.

Only thing holding it back is this type is to hard and salty for my tastes. The quality of the meat though is really good, I'd love to try some of the other products that would fit my tastes better.
Very nice beef flavor. Only thing that keeps it from a 5 is it's a little too salty for my taste.
The quality of of the meat is very good. Every piece is the same as the last.
This isn't a jerky you you can just start chewing. Just put it in your mouth and let it dissolve first.
Definitely worth it! Great taste. Great texture.
Hickory-ee, Salty, Beefy goodness.
Quality chunks of meat.
More the old fashioned style of jerky. Chewy, with just enough toughness.
I think the value is awesome. Great taste, great quality, great price. Sure...some "gas station" jerky is cheaper, but this comes in at only $1.50/ounce delivered. It's not uncommon to find a 3 oz. bag of jerky at a gas station for $5 ($1.66/oz). This beats any natural flavored gas station jerky I have ever found...AND its cheaper...AND its delivered to your door! SOLD!
Bold hickory flavor is present but not too much that it overwhelms the flavor of the beef. It is a little on the salty side for me and although this isn't a "spicy" variety, the smoky flavor can have a very slight "bite" to it. So I couldn't say it has NO spiciness.
High quality beef made in the U.S.A. and cut and hung by hand. The quality doesn't get much better. It had a few artificial ingredients...thats the only thing keeping this from 5 stars. But outstanding quality.
This has a real right-down-the-middle consistency. Its firmer than the average jerky but its right in line with traditional style jerky. Not too hard...but enough so you know you are chewing it. Texture wise, I think this is good enough to please most jerky lovers.
Better Bang for the Buck
smooth and smokey
too busy eating to notice, so must be good
tough and traditional
The taste is average, the quality is above average, and the value is great I'd say. Thats just because you get a lot of a quality product for the money and it's comes vacuum sealed.
You can taste the beef a lot, it almost tastes like a dehydrated roast beef of some sort. I'm not a huge fan of jerkies with no distinct taste though. There is a slight Hickory flavor, but it's nothing to die for.
It's grown in, made, and packaged in the USA. Good quality of meat, yet I'm not impressed with the amount of ingredients I've never heard of.
The overall texture is pretty good...very consistent and not too moist or too tough. Every piece is nice sized and it chews very well. I did notice however that it's pretty greasy to the touch though, perhaps it's the corn syrup or something.
