One thing that I’ve noticed that Buffalo Bills does well at is providing a great selection of flavors. From 3 flavors of their ‘Dead Meat’ to a whopping 10 flavors of their infamous beef sticks…the Ole’ Smokies. Introduced to appeal to both kids and grown-ups alike, these flavorful meat snacks have more than made their mark on the meat snack category. Especially today’s Spotlight, the Jalapeno and Cheese flavor.
Unlike a lot of other beef sticks on the market the Ole’ Smokies are made from 100% U.S grown beef and contains zero fillers, meaning they’re all beef. Each stick is of the “twist-end” variety and comes individually wrapped in 1.25 ounce packages for maximum portability. Besides beef and beef hearts, these sticks also contain real American cheese, jalapeno peppers and a smoke flavoring according to the packaging. Not to worry though, Buffalo Bills categorizes these as having a heat level of medium and a texture of soft, but I’ll let you be the judge of that. 
Not to mention that every stick has less than 3 grams of carbs per serving size.

love the flavor, the texture and the value, what more can i say, its just over a $1 a stick and its a premium snack that you cant find everywhere.
just a hint of jalapeno flavor comes through along with a little cheesy flavor, go very well with the flavor of the meat and the casing on the beef stick, overall a very good meat stick
even though it contains beef hearts, i'll give it an average rating for ingredients just because its all beef and american grown at that
exactly what i'd expect from a beef stick, a little softer than i'd like but a very good buy
The flavor is great and 24 for $30 is a nice deal.

you really can taste the cheese and it takes more than one bite to really get you going, didnt love it at first but kept eating it and it gew on me, great amount of spice
