Buffalo Bills – Wrapped Ole’ Smokies Big Buffalo Sticks

Another trip to Buffalo Bills meat snack selection revealed a very interesting meat stick recently. One that was overlooked for some odd reason as I’m always scrounging to find the next big addition to the underground world of jerky lovers.

The Ole’ Smokies Big Buffalo Sticks are an all meat, exotic meat stick that doesn’t have any fillers. Most every stick that I’ve ever come across that claims to be either Venison or Alligator, or whatever it may be, has contained some form of filler. Fillers for those who don’t know are meat products other than those of the actual product that are mixed in to the batch. This is generally done to keep costs down and is seen as “lower quality” way to produce meat snacks. read more…
