i enjoyed this elk very much. I would like to see a little bit more flavor to it. Not as strong of a taste as say the alligator or ostrich. Still very good and i was very satisfied with this product

This stuff is like 10 times better than what i've made from hunting days...the texture was veery tender and my whole family enjoyed this stuff, next time i guess i'll splurge for the 1 pounder
