I HAVE TRIED AT LEAST 15 BRANDS OF BEEF JERKY AND THIS ONE IS, BY FAR, THE BEST OF THE BUNCH!!!

I tried this jerky in Hickory for the first time just recently, and was very pleased. With all of the options on the site to choose from, I went with this one because I felt I got the most bang for the buck with it, and didn't really have a clue as to where to start since Jerky.com has such an extensive list of jerky to choose from. I'm used to good jerky, and can honestly say that I was extremely happy with my purchase - all the way around - which is why I am back here again. This particular jerky is the kind you're going to "find in The Hill Country" - it's the real deal. Not this "fake" jerky that supermarkets carry. It's not greasy or too chewy, and it's full of flavor, great texture. It actually tastes like what beef jerky should taste like - real meat. My only slight "complaint" with it, is though I am extremely fond of salt, even this Hickory was a hair too salty for me - don't get me wrong, it didn't stop me from eating it, but if you're one who watches your sodium intake, perhaps you'll want to try a different flavor - which is what I'm about to do, to see if it's a bit less salty. I encourage everyone to try it. I'm glad I've found an online jerky store that so far, gets 5 Stars, all the way around. I'm also one who is big on customer service, and really appreciated the personal touch I felt I received from Kenny from ordering. I'm anxious to try out more and sample some of the exotic meats. Thank you! =]

The Snafu spicy got a great flavor. I would recommend it to anyone. The more u taste this jerky the more pronounced the flavor becomes.

This is a great blend of flavor and tenderness, I have found a new favorite. Also what great quantity for the price, it really is a great deal. I plan on trying them all. Thanks for the great product!

This is one of my favorites. I don't know why they call it a snack, it's more like a meal for me. Because once I open a bag, it doesn't last long.
