Very good jerky not to moist but not too dry if you want it dry as a bone like i like mine just leave rapped up in a paper towel for an hour and your good. The service was great I normally by from a local retailer a package that is only a third of the weight i got here for the same price and now that i found Jerky.com I will be a life time customer.

This is almost exactly what i was looking for see I love my jerky to be dry to the point of brittle and this stuff is close it's dry but not brittle so it good and tough but not chewy like some of the ones that are moist. and the flavor is near perfect not to strong but has a good taste to it.

i LOVE LOVE LOVE this slab beef jerky. I like having a huge piece to chew off of, i feel that it is more like eating traditional beef jerky instead of popping bite size pieces in my mouth. I get to rip off big bites this way. I have only had the Cajun and Original [the cajun flavor is my favorite] but that sweet & spicy is calling my name! I dont know why beef jerky slabs aren't more popular, i think they are the best. Thanks.

Excellent tasting beef jerky. YUMMY! Love the texture and the big slab. Reminds me of the beef jerky we use to get at a general store when we went camping in the mountains. I ordered the Original. I'm now ordering two more packs, the BIG ones. THANK YOU for making my day!!!!
