Cajun - Similar in taste to the gary west buffalo strips, but with some kick, I was pleasantly suprised to try this product. It seems to be a little more tender than the buffalo strips, and the added flavor of the cajun [spicy] seasoning really helps it out. Its not so spicy that all you taste is the burn in your mouth afterwards, but just the right amount to leave you wanting more. The smaller pieces had me concerned it might be tough and chewy, but makers have definetly done thier homework on how to keep this a relatively tender morsel to chew on. This jerky has a good taste, and an even better after taste in my book, as such i rate it a 7 out of 10. Though it is supposed to be spicy, it really isnt, and should definetly be tried by all.

Teriyaki - This was a unique type of jerky to say the least. First, the strips aren't your typical jerky consistency, which isn't a bad thing. They are actually very tender strips. Second, the flavor absorbs into the thick cut strips differently than regular jerky. Finally, the strips were a little bit too greasy in regards to texture. I also bought my dad some and he enjoyed it, so everyone was happy.

HOUSE OF JERKY TERIYAKI BEEF JERKY - House of Jerky is a premium brand of jerky that uses no preservatives and no MSG. Their claim to the quality of their beef jerky lies in the fact that they use only premium, grass fed cattle beef that is cut into lean, whole premium top round steak which is not ground, chopped, or processed. Having had a couple different types of House of Jerky products, I can tell they are not lying. After opening the bag and taking a look inside, I was greeted by relatively thick cut pieces that looked as moist and tempting as I had hoped for. The bag smelled like it should have for this flavor, and actually had almost a citrus-like scent infused with it. I dug into the bag after my initial overview with high hopes. The first piece I had, unfortunately, was rather tough and hard to chew. Even though it was moist, it was actually quite tough and that kind of threw me for a loop. To be honest, the piece itself was pretty stringy and took quite a while to finish. Fortunately, the flavor remained for the entire duration I was eating the piece. While it had very good flavor throughout with a good aftertaste, I was a little disappointed by the texture and tenderness, or in this case, the lack thereof. Don’t get me wrong - this is still a great tasting jerky, but in my opinion, the tenderness really detracted from the overall taste. If you like tough jerky, this is the stuff for you! It’s very moist and flavorful, but it is definitely going to take some chewing to get it down. I’m rating this jerky a 6 out of 10, mostly due to the toughness, but it’s still a good jerky to try.

House of Jerky's Natural flavor is amazing! House of Jerky is so addicting - all of the flavors!! Everyone in the office LOVED it and I hated to share but I'll definitely come back for more!!

Extra hot is crazy hot! The absolute hottest jerky i've ever tasted. I bet noone can eat it without taking a drink. lol I loved all the spices on it, you can actually see and taste the flavor, if that makes any sense. I recommend though.
